As homes age little repairs need to be made to keep them in good working order. I do repairs of all kinds, from small to large jobs.
Here are a few photos of minor roof problems; whether it be wind damage or loose flashing, these problems should be taken care of immediately. Remember water is not your friend when it's coming through your roof.	This job is the front room of a country type store. I had to insulate the walls, put up sheetrock, put up ceiling tiles, ceramic tile floor, add french doors to the back room, trim out the windows and doors.	A wall had to be taken out to create access to a furnace. I built some simple cabinet doors with vents to enclose the area, but still allow access for future maintenance.
More water damage, this time under the kitchen sink. A little sub-floor repair.
This also had a leak under the sink. I think they let it go a long time though. This job was more extensive, had to remove the cabinets, replace flooring joists, three layers of sub-floor, and put down new ceramic tile floor.
I removed some carpeting off the wall in the staircase, added a little wainscoating, chair rail and a little trim work. Customer finished the painting.
